What are the specific components of the roller barrier, and how do the components play a role?


Roller Barrier is mainly composed of Rollers, Posts, U beams, U Brackets, Spacers, Gyratory Circles, Reflective Strips, Post Caps, Buckles, Bolt, and other parts. 


The following will briefly explain the role of the main components:


1, Post: post into the roadbed, for the first stress components. According to a certain spacing (such as 1 meter or 0.7 meters) for rows. The posts are generally made of steel and hot-dip galvanized and other anti-rust treatments to improve their durability and service life.

2、Rotating barrels (known as rollers, rotating barrels): rotating barrels are the key part of the rotating guardrail, they are installed in the posts and can rotate around the posts. The main materials of rotating barrels are usually EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) and polyurethane, etc. These materials have high elasticity and impact resistance, and can effectively absorb and disperse the collision energy. Rotary drums are available in a variety of sizes and colors, which can be selected according to the design requirements.

3、U-shaped Beam (or called U Beam): A U-shaped beam is used to connect the posts and play a role in fixing the roller. It is generally made of steel and treated with anti-rust treatment.

4、Spacer: The spacer is used to connect the post, roller, and U beam to form a complete rotating guardrail system. The design and manufacturing quality of the spacers is crucial to ensure the stability and safety of the rotating guardrail.

5、Gyratory Circle:Installed between the roller and the beam, it balances and facilitates the rotation.

6、U-shaped bracket: Connecting the beam and post, used to fix the beam.
