Roller Crash Barrier is a new type of guardrail. It is assembled by PU/EVA roller and galvanized steel post and beam, but unlike W Beam Guardrail, it can absorb impact and guide vehicles to the road direction through rollers to prevent major accidents. The rubber buckets of Roller Crash Barriers are made of EVA and polyurethane mixture, and the color can be selected according to the customer's requirements such as yellow, orange and so on. The roller is made from a mold and has no noticeable skew. When Roller Crash Barriers are hit by a vehicle, the rollers can rotate under the impact force, so that the driving trajectory of the uncontrolled vehicle is changed from the vertical direction to the direction of the guardrail, in order to defuse the impact force and reduce the severity of the collision.
